The GPS is the Global Positioning System which is a satellite-based navigation system that provides location and time information in all weather conditions, anywhere where there is a sight to four or more GPS satellites.

The GPS Air Performance test is a field test method, by using which we can recreate any radio environment customer needs and test the wearable device e.g. smart watch in the laboratory conditions. Virtual routes are built by multiple virtual GPS satellites, which simulates movement in various environments and e.g. weather conditions.

Verkotan is offering fast – testing time reduces to one day, accurate – the device is tested in repeatable and reliable laboratory settings, and reliable ways of testing. There are overall 8 GPS measuring antennas, all of which are involved in creating specific needed environment. Also in our laboratory, instead of rotating the environment around, we are rotating the model, which allows getting more accurate and reliable results.
