Technology is constantly developing, for us this means new devices with new technologies to be tested. This job shows concretely how fast technology is evolving and how it is utilized. It is also the reason why it is important to stay aware of the latest testing techniques and constantly develop the existing ones.

What are the values that drive you?

Mutual trust and flexibility are important for me. Here at Verkotan both of these have worked well.

What behaviour or personality trait do you attribute your success to and why?

I guess it is the stubbornness and relentlessness that have contributed to my own success. When I start doing something, I do it no matter what.

What are your impressions from working at Verkotan so far?

I have enjoyed working at Verkotan. Working here can be described to be very diverse. It is not just sitting in front of a computer. Cases are not from the simplest end, and this keeps the interest high. Also suitably relaxed and good work atmosphere makes working pleasant.

What is the most challenging aspect of your work?

New technologies bring challenges to everyday work, while making the work very interesting and rewarding.

How did you find joining the team when you first started at the company?

I was received very well. People here are really open and warm, so it has been extremely easy to adapt here.

Are you satisfied with your current position? Do you feel the job is challenging enough for example in terms of knowledge and experience?

I am satisfied with my present position. I am still a “rookie” in this job, I learn new things every day and work is truly rewarding. The best thing is that the results of my own work are immediately visible in the measurement results.
